Biography
Zhang Pinwen, 60, acquired the qualification of certified public accountant in 1974, and has engaged in the accounting industry more than 30 years in Hong Kong. Zhang is experienced and specialized in the audit in service and manufacturing industry, ranging from small as well as large size listed groups in shipping, logistics, electronics and real estate industry. Zhang has took the post of certified public accountant on January 1, 2009, at present, is the cross-border business and tax consultant, providing service for companies in both Hong Kong and China. He has been the member of foreign expert group of CICPA Independent Auditing Standard Board since 1998, and the CPA of Malaysian Institute of Accountants. Zhang Pinwen joined England and Wales Association of Certified Accountants on April 1975, and has been the fellow since 1981.
