Sandra Hulac

Biography

Sandra was born into a family of dentists in Munich and graduated from Dental School in Germany in 1993. After working in Germany and London for 8 years her husband’s employer relocated the family to Hong Kong in 2001. Sandra worked for a period in one of Hong Kong’s largest group practices where she met Edward and they started THP Dental in 2007. Her main professional interests are in Complex Restorative Dentistry and Cosmetic Dentistry and Sandra constantly strives to improve her knowledge and skills. She frequently attends courses abroad at the prestigious Kois Center in Seattle amongst others. The Kois Center is one of the most prominent postgraduate dental learning institutes in the world, offering an advanced graduate didactic and clinical program for practicing dentists. In 2012 Sandra attained the status of “Mentor” at the Kois Center, having passed a rigorous exam demonstrating her knowledge and clinical skills. She now regularly returns to the center to offer help to current students. She also is a member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry (AACD) and achieved accredited status in 2014, making her one of only 350 dentist world wide with this prestigious qualification. Sandra has published several articles in international dental journals. Her older daughter currently attends Geelong Grammar School in Melbourne and her young twins are at ESF. In her free time she relaxes with Yoga and cooking. She also loves interior design and art, as can be seen in our reception areas and treatment rooms.
