Mr. Hu Hongwei

Biography

Mr. Hu Hongwei is an Executive Director of the Company. He holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) and Master of Laws (LL.M.) from Fudan University. He has extensive experience in legal aspects of cross-border investment, restructuring and mergers and acquisitions practice. Mr. Hu is attorney-at-law admitted to practice in China. He currently is a partner of HHP Attorneys-At-Law, a leading Chinese commercial law firm. Prior to joining HHP, he had long career with Clifford Chance, a leading international law firm headquartered in London, United Kingdom. Mr. Hu advised foreign and domestic clients on legal aspects of their investment in China, including mergers and acquisitions, regulatory compliance, intellectual property protection and dispute resolution.
