Biography
Mr. Wong Hing Keung has been appointed as Company Secretary of Silver Base Group Holdings Limited., with effect from 6 April 2014. He joined the Group in April 2014. Mr. Wong is mainly responsible for overseeing the Group’s corporate governance, regulatory compliance and legal matters and advising on corporate development, information disclosure and internal control policies and procedures of the Group. Mr. Wong is an associate member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants and a fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants. He obtained a master’s degree in professional accounting from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University in 2002. Mr. Wong has over 20 years of experience in the areas of auditing, finance and accounting. He is also experienced in the compliance duties of company listed on the Stock Exchange. He is authorised representative under Rule 3.05 of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited.
