Biography
Ms. Cheung Mei Sze is Head - Finance of Silver Base Group Holdings Limited. She was appointed on 6 March 2008. She has been appointed as member of the remuneration committee and member of the compliance committee of the Company from 31 December 2012. She is the head of finance of the Group and a director of a subsidiary of the Company. She is an authorised representative of the Company as required under Rule 3.05 of the Rules (the “Listing Rules”) Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (the “Stock Exchange”). Ms. Cheung joined the Group in September 2000 and is responsible for the financial and accounting affairs of the Group. Prior to joining the Group, Ms. Cheung was an assistant supervisor in Ting Ho Kwan & Chan, a CPA firm. Ms. Cheung holds a Bachelor’s degree in Arts majoring in accountancy from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University.
