Biography
Wai-Fung (Danny) Lam is Associate Dean (Innovation) of Social Sciences, Director of the Doctor of Public Administration (DPA) Programme, Director of the Policy for Sustainability Lab (PSL) in the Faculty of Social Sciences, Deputy Director of the HKU-HKJC Excellence and Capacity-Building for Entrepreneurship and Leadership for the Third Sector (ExCEL3) Project, and Deputy Director of the Center for Civil Society and Governance at the University of Hong Kong
Research Interest
Institutional analysis, common-pool resources, public governance, civil society, policy process and dynamics, and public sector reform.
