Biography
Dr. Danila received her Bachelor Degree in Science from the University Al. I. Cuza, Iasi, Romania in 1998. After the completion of her Ph.D. at The University of Memphis in 2005, Dr. Danila joined UTHealth in February 2006 as a postdoctoral fellow in the Office of Biotechnology. In 2009 she was promoted to Instructor in Surgery in the Department of Surgery at UTHealth. Dr. Danila is currently an Assistant Professor of Medicine in the Division of Cardiology.
