Biography
Dr. Aibana joined the division in 2015 as an Assistant Professor. She graduated from the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine in Philadelphia and received her Master’s of Public Health at Harvard University School of Public Health in Boston. She completed her internal medicine residency at Brigham and Women’s Hospital, Harvard Medical School in Boston, with a concentration in Hiatt Global Health Equity. She also did a post-doctoral research fellowship at The Miriam Hospital, Lifespan, Warren Alpert Medical School of Brown University in Providence, RI. She is board certified in Internal Medicine. Dr. Aibana does internal medicine consults at the Harris County Psychiatric Center and sees patients on the ward service at LBJ Hospital.
