Biography
Born in 1969, Guillaume Feld holds a Master Degree in Business Law (DEA de Droit des Affaires et de l’Economie) from the Paris II Panthéon-Assas University. In 1996, he joined Thales (formerly Thomson CSF) where he held different positions: first in France, from 1996 to 1999, as legal advisor and junior export finance manager, then in Singapore, from 1999 to 2003, as regional legal counsel. In 2004, Guillaume returned to Thales in France as senior legal counsel. He had a similar role with Arianespace from 2005 to 2006. In 2006, Guillaume joined VINCI Construction Grands Projets as a legal manager. In 2007, he was seconded to Qatar. In 2011, he was appointed general counsel of QDVC (a joint-venture company between Qatari Diar Real Estate Investment Company (51%) and VINCI Construction Grands Projets (49%)) in charge of the legal and contracts department. In September 2013, Guillaume is appointed general counsel of VINCI Construction Grands Projets and joins the Company’s executive committee.
