Biography
Ms. Lee Pui Shan has been appointed as Company Secretary of Water Oasis Group Limited., with effect from 28 February 2014. Ms. Lee is an associate member of both the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators and the Hong Kong Institute of Chartered Secretaries. Ms. Lee is also a fellow member of both the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Ms. Lee is a CFA charterholder and has over 15 years of experience in finance, accounting and company secretarial.
