Biography
Mr. Lee was appointed as one of our independent non-executive Directors in on July 16, 2014 . Mr. Lee has extensive experience as an independent non-executive director of listed companies and currently serves as an independent non-executive director of several companies listed on the Main Board of the Stock Exchange. Mr. Lee has been appointed as a member of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference of Hunan Province in China since 2008.
