Biography
Mr. Wan was appointed Chairman of our Board in November 2010, Chief Executive Officer in October 2013 and Executive Director in December 2013. In addition, he has been the Chairman of the board of Shuanghui Development since August 2012. Mr. Wan is responsible for formulating the business strategies and making major corporate and operational decisions of the Company and ensure the Board's effective performance of its function.
