Mr. Sit Hoi Wah, Kenneth, aged 59, graduated from the University of Hong Kong, is a practising solicitor in Hong Kong. He was admitted as a solicitor in Hong Kong, a solicitor in England and Wales, a solicitor and barrister in Australia, a solicitor in Singapore, a notary public, a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and a fellow member of the Hong Kong Institute of Arbitrators. He is a partner of Messrs. Kenneth Sit, Solicitors of Hong Kong. He currently serves as an independent non-executive director of the Company.
