Biography
Mr. Xie Xionghui, aged 43 and born in October 1974, graduated from Huainan Industrial Institute, majored in Geology Mineral Prospecting, is also a lawyer and geological engineer. He joined the Company in 2001, served as geological technician, secretary of the Chairman, deputy director of Board office, legal counsel. He was also appointed as vice general manager of Hunchun Zijin Co., Ltd., manager of Chongli Zijin Co., Ltd., Chaiman of Russia Longxing Co., Ltd., Chairman of Zijin South Co., Ltd., General Manager of Zijin's Mining Department. Currently he serves as Vice President.
