Biography
Presently working as HR Manager at a research-development company (3DHISTECH Kft.) specialized in development and commercialization of medical devices intended for cancer diagnostics. With an overall experience of above 13 years in the HR field, 9 year at the National Health Insurance Fund Administration, have managed all tasks associated with a day-to-day life of an HR Manager, including employee recruitment, labour establishment and cessation, organisational development, training, extra benefit program introduction and associated core company procedures. Additionally have gained experience in general operational tasks (attendance incoming invoices, infrastructural tasks, organization of all company business trips) while acting as an Office Manager at 3DHISTECH Kft. University and postgraduate trainings include a Manager of Human Resources degree, and accredited trainings in Graphology, confidential treatment of State and Service Secrets, labour benefit program development
