Biography

Laszlo Ungar is working as a Professor at the Albert Szentgyörgyi  Medical University, Hungary. His academic qualifications are from 1980-1987: Residency: 2nd Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology Department of Semmelweis University ,1987-1989: Registrar in Obstetrics and Gynecology and Gynecologic Oncology, University ,Hospital of Wales, Cardiff U.K. 1989-1992: Senior Lecturer in Gynecologic Oncology, Department of Gynecologic Oncology, National Institute of Oncology, Hungary. 1992-2008 Head of Department of Obstetrics, gynecology and gynecological oncology, St. Stephen Hospital Budapest 2008-2009 He is the Head of Department of Gynecological oncology, National Institute of Oncology Budapest 2009 ,Head ofMetropolitan Gynecological Oncology Service, St Stephen and Jahn Ferenc Hospital Budapest 1998- Head of Obstetrics and Gynecology Division Telki Private Hospital Hungary . He was the past president of few societies and bodies .Hungarian Society of Gynecologic Oncology, European Society of Gynecologic Oncology, Hungarian College of Obstetrics and Gynecology and board member of Hungarian Society of Obstetrics and Gynecology. He also got award from Decorated by the President of the Hungarian Republic with the “Knights Cross” of the Hungarian Republic Decorated by the Austrian Gynecologic Oncology Society with the Wertheim Preis
