Biography
Nikolett has worked in the Executive Search industry since 2004. In addition to her experience in the Life Sciences practice group, she has also delivered searches in the Consumer sector. Prior to becoming a member of the Ackermann International and SpenglerFox team, Nikolett started her professional career at a leading management consultancy as an assistant, where she participated in and supported several search projects. Later she worked as a researcher in a recruitment company, mainly focusing on the financial sector. In 2007 she joined SpenglerFox as a researcher where she has continuously developed and is today a Practice Group Leader. Nikolett graduated at Budapest Business School as an Economist. As “extracurricular” activities she participated in couple of self-development courses.
