Biography
Sean is currently Group Finance Director of Croda International plc, which is a global manufacturer of speciality chemicals. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants and holds one other Non-Executive role with Eminate Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of The University of Nottingham. Prior to joining Croda in 2006, Sean was Group Finance Director of Northern Foods plc. He also served as a Non-Executive Director of KCOM Group plc until 2007 and of Cherry Valley Farms Limited until its sale in 2010. Sean is Chairman of the Group’s Audit and Remuneration Committees and a member of the Nomination Committee.
