Managing the Improper Payment Prevention Center of Excellence for Europe Middle East and Africa. Owning and continuously reviewing the process to ensure improvements and simplifications while keeping the necessary controls and Code of Conduct or country regulations. Decision making on escalation items, discussing specific cases with business and Management, consultancy. Preparing management reports and quarterly CRB presentations.

Research Interest

Yearly planning of Compliance testing, managing the testing team, planning and reviewing individual testing. Also, planning of high risk test for Operational Risks and controls, reviewing test results. Reporting issues to line and Senior Management.  Reporting to Compliance Committee and Audit Committee.  Managing the Basel II. Operational Risk tasks, such as loss event collection Risk and Controls Self-Assessment, KRI's, and Scenarios. Reporting to Operational Risk Committee. Managing the Information Security Assurance team
