Francisca de Haan is currently a Professor in the department of History, Central European University, Hungary. Her research interest is Modern European Women's and Gender History; Modern Political History; Transnational History; Inter/transnational Women’s Movements, 19th and 20th Centuries; Communism and Women from a Global Perspective; Gender and the Cold War; Women's Archives.
