József Laszlovszky is a Professor in the department of Medieval Studies, Central European University, Hungary. He is a Guest lecturer at the Department of Medieval and Postmedieval Archaeology, Eötvös Loránd University, Budapest.

Archaeology, Archaeozoology, Cultural Heritage Studies, Material Culture and Everyday Life, Religion - Ecclesiastical history, Saints and their Cult, Monastic Orders, Renaissance and Early Modern Studies, Urban History and Economic History.
