Biography
Mátyás Domokos is currently the Prtofessor in the department of Mathematics and Its Applications Central European University, Hungary. His research mainly concerns invariant theory, lying on the border of commutative algebra and representation theory. The principal object of study are polynomial functions on a vector space that are constant along the orbits of a group of linear transformations.
