Biography
Ruben Mnatsakanian is currently a Professor in the department of Environmental Science and Policy, Central European University, Hungary. He completed MSc in Geography from Moscow State University in 1981 and Ph.D. in Geography from Moscow State University in 1985.

Air Pollution and Climate Change, Carbon Reporting, ERG: Environmental and Resource Governance, Humans & the Biosphere, IES: Introduction to Environmental Sciences, Natural resources use in the XXI century, Theoretical Debates on Environmental Problems.
