Biography
Tamás Szamuely received PhD, Université de Paris-Sud, 1998. Research in arithmetic and algebraic geometry. Wrote two books on aspects of modern Galois theory published by Cambridge University Press. Regularly teaches courses at CEU in algebraic geometry, algebra and number theory. Currently supervises his second PhD student at CEU.
