Biography
Coordination of presale activities: arranging shipments of US and LCS equipment used for demonstrative purpose. Inventory planning for stock control. Pro-active actions to prevent deterioration of inventories (Quality of inventory, Aging and Obsolescence). Follow up the Demo processes like replenishment, sell-off processes. Provide Inventory/ Obsolescence reports to the management. Maintain the communication towards the customers, sales, 3PL etc. Use market and product knowledge to assist commercial team in developing sales, marketing and customer service strategies. Drive continuous improvement and simplification in processes.
Research Interest
Support wing to wing process for order execution from order entry to invoice release; respond to orders & delivery status and other customer inquiries. Resolve customer complaints & disputes. Running daily reports. Recommend process improvements.
