Biography

As a Health and Safety inspector, I worked to protect people's health and safety by making sure that risks in the workplace are properly controlled. I ensured employers comply with all aspects of health and safety laws and that workplaces are not the cause of ill health, injury or even death. I did this by inspecting business premises, advising employers and investigating accidents, and through enforcement of the law.

Research Interest

My main duties were: - perform public health related municipal activities, - conduct appropriate municipal supervision based on current regulations, - initiate, plan and manage epidemiological tasks, - analyze, interpret, use and critically apply the results of epidemiological examinations, - process and realize local and central health policies in order to improve the health status of the population
