Biography
Béla Rácz is working as Product Development Agronomist at Dow AgroSciences. He completed his studies at Pannon University of Agricultural Sciences. His responsibilities as Product Development Agronomist are as follows: Direct report to EMT - Corn Crop Team member - Sunflower Crop Team member - Trial networks building, supervising, results analisys. - Creating to Agrotechnikal trials protocol, results analisys. - Trials results presentation and marketing activity. - Sales Team support, new technologies presentations, educations. - Innovation, continuous improvement, renewal, new systems approach to the introduction of a pilot network. - Creation plant protection trial network common with AgChem department.
