Michael Klaus

Biography

Michael Klaus serves as DXC Technology’s (NYSE: DXC) senior vice president and general manager, Application Services, focused on the development and growth of DXC application offerings in transformation, modernization, development, management and testing services. Previously, Mr. Klaus served as vice president and general manager of the Global Applications Services and Program Excellence Practice at Hewlett Packard Enterprise. In that role, he was responsible for the growth and execution of the application business globally and led the strategy and execution of market-leading solutions by SAP, Oracle, Microsoft and Workday. Prior to his Portfolio leadership role, Mr. Klaus led HP’s Consumer, Retail and Transportation Industries business unit and was responsible for the multibillion-dollar P&L, driving strategy, growth and client experience. He has deep expertise in value chain innovation with a proven track record in leveraging technology to enable profitable business growth for clients. As leader of the Global Consumer and Retail Industry and Manufacturing teams within the Business Transformation, Consulting and Outsourcing organization, he was responsible for driving consulting engagements with key clients globally to leverage and position the company’s technology capabilities. Mr. Klaus also held senior partnership positions at Capgemini Ernst & Young and CSC. Before beginning his consulting career, he held operating management positions at Pepsi, FTD, Hormel and Federal Mogul. Mr. Klaus holds a degree in supply chain management and marketing from Michigan State University and serves as a board member of the university’s Broad Business School. He also has certifications from Harvard University in management of professional services firms and change management.
