Experienced leader of people in professional life, as well as that of volunteers. Managed small, medium sized and large organisations at various levels ( from „one man show” to 1,4 million people in Lions Clubs International Board of Directors and LCIF Board of Trustees). Organised small, medium and large projects, created, started up and managed companies in Hungary and abroad ( Algeria, Mauritius, Uganda, Kuwait, United States, Austria and France ), performed crisis management in Hungary ( Klima Aruhaz ), prepared, organised and implemented the most diverse service projects with volunteers (Habitat, sight related issues, handicapped, youth programmes, etc.) Extensive experiences in architectural, civil engineering, mechanical engineering and HVAC fields and project management in general.
