Biography
My interview started with a cup of hot chocolate from a random person I met in the lobby. No one was reading questions off of a piece of paper. Instead it was a 2 on 1 setting and we all chatted. No behavioral based questions, no crazy if scenarios, instead the conversation just flowed. We talked about the roles I'd be responsible for filling, we talked about challenges, creative sourcing strategies, and honestly there was no filter. One of the interviewers was in a hoodie and the other had tattoos.
