Biography
Robert van Otterdijk is a Sustainable Development Officer in the Agro-Food Sector at Food & Agriculture Organization, Hungary. He is the architect, programme leader and driving force of the SAVE FOOD – Global Initiative on Food Loss and Waste Reduction. He obtained master's degree in food technology from Wageningen University & Research in the yeat 1985.
