SPECIALIST FIELDS Technical: international development, food loss, food waste, food technology, food quality and safety, food & beverage industry, agro-industry, postharvest management, value chain development, applied research, sustainable development. Managerial: project development and management, total quality management (TQM), analytical and strategic, motivation and training, team work in an integrated multi-disciplinary fashion. Geographical: Africa (30 countries), Europe, South-Pacific.
