Biography

As a recently graduated HR expert my aim is to gain experience, learn as much as I can from exercise about every single aspect of the human resources management. As I see it all starts with the recruitment and the selection. That is why I am currently work at a recruitment firm in the capital city, where I can continuously learn from professionals and improve myself day by day. Talent acquisition is only a part of the supportive work of the consultants - keep contact with the candidates, creative work to produce advertisement to attract talents and professionals and assertive communication are all essentials to be a successful researcher.
