Biography
Sanjay Dhawan is executive vice president and president of the Connected Services division at HARMAN, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd. Previously, Sanjay was president and chief executive officer of Symphony Teleca, a private company that was acquired by HARMAN. Prior to Aricent, Sanjay was the chairman, chief executive officer and co-founder of Inkra Networks, a company credited with defining the virtual networking market segment. Sanjay also held chief strategy, development, sales and management roles at Netopia, StarNet and Advanced Micro Devices Inc. (NYSE:AMD). Sanjay has a master’s in electrical engineering from Brunel University in England. Sanjay also received a bachelor’s in electronics and communications from the REC Kurukshetra – now the National Institute of Technology, Kurukshetra in India.
