Biography
György Kovács is working as a professor for Radiotherapy, University of Lübeck/Germany Senator h.c. University of Szeged/ Hungary. His qualifications are from szegedi Orvostudomanyi Egyetem, Szeged, Hungary: 1971-1977; Dr. med.univ.(1977) , Akademie der Wissenschaften, Berlin, Germany: 1984-1987; Dr. med. (1987), Hungarian Academy of Sciences, Budapest, Hungary: C.Sc. (1988), Board certification in Radiation Oncology, Budapest, Hungary (1981) He got his Board certification in Radiation Therapy, Bad Seegeberg, Germany (1991), DEGRO certified Brachytherapy Expert, Berlin, Germany (2009). He is also the member of German Radiation Therapy Society (DEGRO), Hungarian association for Radiation Oncology (HUSRO).He also got many awards and honors
