Biography
Tomasz was born in 1992 . He received his bachelor degree in biotechnology from the University of Wroclaw. His interest in microbiology started while working as an intern in Tyskie Brewery, where he was investigating the industrial aspects of yeast’s fermentation. Currently, Tomasz is pursuing a M.Sc. on Translation Medicine programme at University of Helsinki. In parallel with studying, he carries out a research on virulence factors and metabolic states of Yersinia enterocolitica. In the future, he intends to start a PhD on host-pathogen interactions, with an emphasis on human immunology. In his spare time, Tomasz loves to watch French movies and eat Indian food. His biggest dream is to travel the world.
