Biography
Mattheisen Christopher is a Chief Executive Officer of Magyar Telekom, since December 2006, he has been member of the Company’s Board of Directors. He studied economics at Indiana University of Bloomington and at Columbia University. He started his telecommunications carrier in 1993 as the Sales and Marketing director of Westel 900 in Budapest. Afterwards Mr. Mattheisen helped launch various Hungarian, Polish and Czech mobile service operators for U.S. West International. Between 1997 and 1999, he ran sales and marketing activities of MediaOne in London and later worked in Britain as a business, sales and marketing director of BT’s Cellnet. In September 2002.
