Biography
I am an HR manager with 10+ yrs management and leadership experience. Having worked mainly in manufacturing (light source, medical device, automotive, optical) as well as retail sales and warehousing (footwear, apparel, accessories) I have been always providing comprehensive Human Resources Management support for other peer departments. My passion as a leader is to develop teams and create systems that empower organizations to achieve and sustain the highest level of performance. An other passion of mine is to learn for ever. I am quite interested in contemporary HR Management processes, new techniques, systems, tools that create value. Eventually, going through some job changes and transitions I managed to learn a lot that can't be substituted by any study.
