Gabor Herczeg

Biography

 Following graduation from St. Stephen University, GödöllÅ‘, Mr. Herczeg had worked ten years from the early nineties in the commodity and financial futures market of Hungary, starting as member of the operative management of the Budapest Commodity Exchange from 1992-1994, following that as deputy CEO and CEO of LaSalle Brokerage Ltd. from 1994-2001. From 2001 through 2005, he had worked in the private equity industry as consultant to various asset management firms and institutions, including Hungarian and International private equity investors and private banks. From 2005 through 2010, he had worked as deputy and later executive CEO at Corvinus Venture Capital Fund Managing Ltd. where he was responsible for launching and managing two venture capital funds (a total of EUR 70 million in equity), within MFB (Hungarian Development Bank) Group. Corvinus has invested US$3 million into N-Gene in 2006. Mr. Herczeg had joined N-Gene management in 2011 and is primarily responsible for business development.
