Biography
Mr. Forgacs beside his engagement in N-Gene’s Board (also being director of N-Gene Australia) has his own consultancy firm since 2012. He is currently working with numerous Hungarian and foreign companies, making advisory services in the field of management, investment and bank financing. Prior to that he was working for MKB Bank between 1997 and 2012. Lastly, he held the position of a managing director. During his career at MKB Bank he was among others responsible for real estate financing, foreign relations, SME financing. He has been involved in the bank’s activity in the field of PPP financing, telecommunication, infrastructure developing as well as in the activities in the CEE region. Prior joining MKB Bank Mr. Forgács worked for BNP -Dresdner Bank in Budapest. He graduated from the Humboldt University in Berlin, Germany 1994.
