Twenty years leadership experience in IT Operations, Service Management, Project Management and Customer Care. Specialize in infrastructure optimization, including data center management, network operations & monitoring, end-user support, server administration and change management.  Expertise in Customer Care Management & Contact Center Operations, including the alignment of people, processes and technologies to achieve “Best-in-Class” technical support services.  Project Management for multi-million dollar IT projects impacting diverse user communities.

Research Interest

Currently oversee IT Operations & Infrastructure, including 24x7 support for production server environments, data networks & business critical applications. Responsible for architecture and support of corporate information systems infrastructure and data/voice communications. Partner with business leaders to develop new technology solutions required to improve efficiencies and enhance revenue opportunities. Manage budget, user access & security policies, technology procurement, vendor relationships, and business continuity plan.
