Biography
Marvin Lazerson is professor of higher education policy in the Department of Public Policy, Central European University and professor emeritus, University of Pennsylvania. He holds A.B. and M.A. degrees from Columbia University in New York City and a PhD in history from Harvard University. He is a widely published scholar in the ares of educational history, higher education, and social policy.
