Biography
Experimental physicist with applied physics MSc degree at BME Budapest University of Technology and Economics, recently started working at Semilab. Interested in experimental physics mainly in the fields of solid state physics, material science, focused on microwave-based electronic characterization of semiconductor thin layers for TFT industry. Experienced in experimental study of nanostructure properties e.g. carbon nanotubes and some nanotechnical an nanoelectrical preparation and examination methods.
