Biography
Peter Szungyi is currently working as a manager at Syngenta seeds Kft. His responsibilities includes: - Product Management including, Product Development, Product Launch (new introductions), Range Management. - Create new strategy, development and implementation of medium to long term marketing sales plan and business strategies. - Development of organizational structures, process, monitoring systems and performance (KPI, etc.). - Leading and coaching of multicultural and multifunctional teams to reach target and get success. -More than 15 years of experiences in international product management sales and marketing.
