Biography
Eszter has been interested in an active and healthy lifestyle from an early age, and following a personal experience she decided to choose physiotherapy as a profession. She graduated as a physiotherapist in 2002 in Hungary, after which she acquired four years of hospital experience. During this time, she worked in the musculoskeletal rehabilitation and neurological departments, while also providing cover in the trauma, intensive care and internal medicine departments. Eszter decided to enter the private sector in 2006, balancing prevention, therapy and rehabilitation by providing individual treatments, in group training classes and preventive courses. She also lectured to massage therapists in anatomy and mobilisation. She established her private physiotherapy practice in Bristol in 2013, and joined The House Clinics in 2015. Eszter specialized in spinal and musculoskeletal physiotherapy and gained postgraduate qualification in The McKenzie Method® – Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy®, completing the courses A-E. She continues to develop her professional skills, and qualified as an instructor in the newest functional and stabilization training methods bodyART® and deepWork®. She has also learned APPI Pilates and offers one-to-one Pilates appointments and classes. Eszter obtained qualifications in kinesiology, ear acupuncture and kinesio tape. Eszter is registered with the Health and Care Professions Council and a member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy. In her free time Eszter enjoys outdoor sports, travelling, movies and reading.
