Biography

Set up and implement compliance strategy. I was in charge of a team being responsible for legal/regulatory compliance by providing advice to the business, conducting audits/reviews and approving all promotional/commercial activities of the company from compliance and data privacy perspective.

Research Interest

I was responsible for ensuring the operation of the company is in line with local law, EU regulation and internal policies, supporting the company in avoiding legal risks while contributing to successful and profitable business operation.  Main areas in my focus: Contract law, Competition law, Compliance, Commercial law, Marketing law, Company law, Data Protection law.
