Paul M. Biisaro

Biography

Paul M. Bisaro has served as a member of the Zoetis Board of Directors since May 2015. Mr. Bisaro is President and Chief Executive Officer of Impax Laboratories, a specialty pharmaceutical company, since March 27, 2017. He was the Executive Chairman of the board of directors of Allergan plc (formerly Actavis plc) from July 2014 to October 2016. Until June 2014, Mr. Bisaro served as Board Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Actavis (formerly Watson Pharmaceuticals). He was appointed President, Chief Executive Officer and a member of the board of Watson Pharmaceuticals in September 2007; and later appointed Chairman of the board of Watson Pharmaceuticals in October 2013.
