Biography

Grace Lee joined Charles River Laboratories in 2016 as Corporate Senior Vice President, Global Human Resources. In this role, Ms. Lee provides vision and leadership to the global Human Resources function, including the direction for the Company’s talent and workforce strategy initiatives. She partners with operational teams to ensure that the company’s growth and strategic business objectives are supported and leads the talent-related integration aspects of newly acquired businesses. Ms. Lee also identifies and implements best practices in global human resource management to enhance Charles River’s culture and support a rewarding and engaging work environment.
