Biography
Education: Food sciences graduate (Polytech Montpellier) and holds a PhD in Biochemistry, Cell & Molecular Biology (University of Montpellier). Career:Marie Bézenger spent over 20 years within the Chr. Hansen group, one of the world's leading producers of natural ingredients – natural colors, enzymes, probiotics, etc. - for food and health. She has held successively the positions of Head of the Dairy Cultures Department, Innovation Director of Dairy France in the Cultures & Enzymes Division, and also Major Accounts Technical Director. Before joining DEINOVE, she was Director of Operations at Fermentalg.
