Kristín Valsdóttir

Biography

Kristín is a dean of the Department of Arts education. Her research and work evolve around music- and arts teacher training, lifelong learning for artists and teachers, and learning culture. She completed B.Ed. and MA in music education from the University of Iceland and two years’ diploma in Music and Dance pedagogic from Orff Institut, Mozarteum in Salzburg. She is currently working on her PhD from the University of Iceland.
